New Wave Aluminum is the BEST! From our first initial request handled by Caroline to the multiple trips out to the house by Evan, these guys are top notch! Their customer service is amazing! Instead of just sending our quote via email, Evan hand delivered and asked us if we had any questions. After we reviewed our quote, I messaged Caroline with a couple questions regarding the product they would be using and once again, instead of sending pictures over, Evan came over to the house with samples!! Evan took the time to go over our project, climbed onto the roof and opened up our soffits to see what was hidden underneath. After much deliberation, we decided to wait until we could do the whole project at once and Evan was the one that suggested to save us money in the long run. Unbelievable customer service!
