Who We Are

Lifelong friends Evan Stafford and Robbie Gambrell were born and raised in Apollo Beach. After Evan completed his enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps, the two worked together at an aluminum company and dreamed of starting their own business. Evan later accepted an overseas security contract with the Department of Defense. During that time, Robbie continued laying the groundwork for their future company, and they were able to realize their dream in 2020 when New Wave Aluminum was founded.

Evan’s wife Caroline serves as New Wave’s office manager and oversees marketing, permits, billing and quotes.
